Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must include all original tags and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

To start a return, contact us at [your email or website contact form] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Streetgoblin is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if available). To request an exchange, please contact us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
